This page explains what information wholehealthphoenix.com collects, how it's used, and who it's shared with. It covers this website only — not your clinical health records, which are protected separately under HIPAA and covered in the Notice of Privacy Practices available at our office.
We are the sole owners of the information collected through this website. We only collect information you voluntarily give us — for example, if you call, email, or message us directly. We do not currently operate any forms on this website that collect personal information; if that changes, this policy will be updated to reflect it.
This site uses Google Analytics (GA4) to understand how visitors use the site — which pages are viewed, how long visitors stay, and general location and device information. This is aggregate, anonymized usage data; it is not used to personally identify you. Google Analytics uses cookies to do this. You can opt out of Google Analytics tracking using the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on, or by adjusting your browser's cookie settings.
Booking an appointment through this site takes you to Jane App, our third-party scheduling platform, at wholehealthphoenix.janeapp.com. Any information you provide there — name, contact details, appointment preferences — is collected and handled under Jane App's own privacy policy, not this one. We encourage you to review it before booking.
If you provide your mobile phone number and agree to receive text messages from us — for example, by verbally requesting a text during a phone call with our office — we use that phone number and your consent information only to send you the communications you requested, such as a scheduling link, office information, or a response to your inquiry.
We do not share your mobile phone number or SMS consent information with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes, and we do not sell this information. We may share it with service providers who help us send these messages (such as our texting/phone platform), but only as necessary to deliver the communications you requested, and subject to their own applicable privacy obligations.
Agreeing to receive text messages is never required to receive chiropractic care from our office — it's entirely optional, and you may decline or opt out at any time (reply STOP) without affecting your ability to be seen as a patient.
Please note: standard text messaging is not a secure channel, and we do not use it to send sensitive medical or health information — only informational, customer-care communications such as a link you asked for. This Privacy Policy covers our website and SMS communications; it does not replace or apply to our HIPAA Notice of Privacy Practices, which governs your protected health information and is available at our office.
Anything you share with us directly (by phone, email, or in person) is used only to respond to you and to provide the care or information you've requested. We do not sell, rent, or share your information with any third party, except as necessary to fulfill a request you've made of us.
